This site does not provide medical advice
The content on this site — including provider listings, specialty explanations, FAQ answers, and any description of GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro) — is provided for general informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing here is individualized to your medical history, current medications, or health conditions, and it cannot be.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition or a medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this site.
No provider-patient relationship
Using this site, reading its content, or contacting a clinic you found through it does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Amerigo Health, LLC or anyone who works on this directory.
A provider-patient relationship is formed only through a clinical evaluation with a licensed provider — whether at a practice listed here or through a telehealth service.
In an emergency
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use this site to seek urgent care.
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe or persistent abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, signs of an allergic reaction, or symptoms of severe low blood sugar while taking a GLP-1 medication.
About GLP-1 medications specifically
GLP-1 receptor agonists are prescription medications with meaningful risks as well as benefits. They are not appropriate for everyone, they carry contraindications and boxed warnings, and they interact with other medications and conditions.
Only a licensed provider who has reviewed your full medical history can determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you, which medication and dose, and what monitoring you need. This site cannot make that determination and does not attempt to.
For FDA-approved prescribing information, consult the medication labeling and your prescriber or pharmacist.
About the provider listings
Listings are generated from the CMS National Provider Identifier registry. Their limits are documented in full in our methodology, and they matter here:
- Inclusion is not endorsement, recommendation, or referral. We have not evaluated the competence, credentials beyond registry data, safety record, or quality of care of any listed provider.
- We do not verify that a listed provider currently prescribes GLP-1 medications, accepts new patients, accepts your insurance, or offers any particular price.
- Registry data may be out of date. Providers self-report to CMS and update at their own pace.
You are responsible for verifying a provider’s credentials, licensure, and current services before receiving care. State medical boards publish license verification tools for this purpose.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our terms of use.
Advertising disclosure
Amerigo Health, LLC operates this directory and also operates TransformationHealth, the telehealth service advertised on it. No listed clinic pays for placement. The full disclosure is on our about page.
