About This Directory
Last updated August 6, 2026
This is a public-record directory of providers and practices in the United States who are registered with a specialty consistent with prescribing GLP-1 medications — semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic) and tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro).
It currently lists 15,833 providers across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and 2,635 cities. Every listing originates from the National Provider Identifier registry maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Nothing here is user-submitted, and nothing here is paid for.
Who operates this site
This directory is published by Amerigo Health, LLC.
The same company operates TransformationHealth, a telehealth service that prescribes GLP-1 medications online. That service is advertised throughout this site, and it is the only advertiser on this site.
We think that arrangement is worth stating plainly rather than burying, because it is the obvious question a careful reader should ask about any health directory: who is paying for this, and does it change what I’m being shown?
The answer here:
- No clinic in this directory has paid to be included, promoted, or ranked higher. There is no mechanism to do so. Listings are generated from a federal database by a script.
- No clinic has paid to be excluded, either. We correct inaccurate listings, and we will remove a listing at the request of the provider it describes — once we have confirmed the request actually comes from that provider. See contact.
- Ordering is not editorial. Clinics appear in the order they come out of the source data, filtered by location. We do not rate, score, or rank providers.
- The telehealth promotion is always labeled and visually separated from directory listings.
If we ever start selling placement, this page will say so before it happens.
Why the directory exists
Our telehealth service is not the right choice for everyone. Some patients have medical histories that call for in-person evaluation; some want their weight managed alongside the rest of their care by a local physician; some simply prefer to sit across from their provider.
A directory that only worked when the answer was “use telehealth” would be a worse directory and a worse business. So this one is built to answer the question honestly, including when the answer sends you somewhere else.
What this directory does not do
We want to be exact about the limits of what a registry-derived directory can tell you:
- We do not verify that any listed provider currently prescribes GLP-1 medications. Registry specialty is a strong signal, not a guarantee. Always call ahead.
- We do not rate or review providers. There are no stars, no rankings, and no user reviews.
- We do not confirm insurance, pricing, or availability. These change constantly and are not in the source data.
- We do not provide medical advice. See our medical disclaimer.

Corrections
If a listing is wrong — the practice has moved, closed, changed names, or does not offer this care — tell us and we will correct or remove it. We treat corrections as a maintenance obligation, not a favor.

TransformationHealth is operated by Amerigo Health, LLC under a separate brand, and it has its own privacy notice and terms, which govern once you leave this site. Because both are run by the same company, information collected here may be used across our properties — our privacy policy describes how.
